Interkrenn TB 13/5 Depth Gauge Replacement

Depth Gauge Replacement ===================== This is a Replacement Unit for the Depth Gauge on the TB13/5 Drill Press. The Depth Gauge is copy of the Original one that came with this machines. Fitment ====== About the Fitment I know that it will fit on the Interkrenn TB13/5 and the YANG ZHOU FEIDA ELECTRIC MOTOR & INSTRUMENT CO. TB13/5 (basically a Chinese 1:1 Copy of the Interkrenn). But I don't know if it will fit on other types of TB13/5 Drill Press from other Manufactures, because there were I think 3 different Types of Brackets for these machines. This is the Type-3 Bracket. Needed Material ============= You will need: - 1 x M8 Rod (120 mm long) - 4 x M8 Nuts ### Mounting for the Drill_Press_Holder.stl: - 1 x M4x30mm Bolt - 1 x M4 Nut ###Mounting for the Drill_Press_Gauge_Pointer: - 1 x M3x8mm Bolt (but M4 should also be fine) - 1 x M3 Nut Installation ======== I think the Installation process is pretty straight forward just by the Pictures ;). Small little tip, when you install the holder you need slide it above the drill chuck at the connection rod. Control ====== You can control the Depth by adjusting the two loose Nuts on the M8 Rod and looking at the Gauge Pointer. When you decided your exact depth you need to Jam the two Nuts together or they will start rattling while drilling.
