3mm steel rope clamp

# Clamp 3mm Steel Rope Heavyly inspired by [Zsquish's Rope Clamp](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5422404 "Zsquish's Rope Clamp") but for 3mm Steel Rope. It can support up to 500N (50kg) but is recommended for loads unter 300N (30kg).
