Sears Craftsman 9 Inch Table Saw Handle
Description
I have a Sears/Craftsman 9 Inch Table Saw and could not find a good file on here that worked. My table saw has a .500 (12.7mm) with the flat to round dimension measuring .400 (10.16mm). Handwheel body is 3.5" in Diameter. The handle knob is 2.5" long. Which that was the most important part the rest made it functional. The thru bolt is a 1/4-20 x 3" long socket cap screw with a regular 1/4-20 nut pressed into the handwheel itself. As seen in photos I used a 2nd nut last minute to work as a jam nut to keep the handle itself loose from the handwheel body. My knob handle I had to drill out, thru hole is modeled to .255 which is plenty of clearance for a thru bolt but mine some reason printed to .233. Otherwise it turned out great and very functional! I printed the handle knob with its small end down with no supports, 30% infill using PLA. I printed the handwheel with the large body on the platter using supports for the D shaped counter bore. Good luck, and this is my first model upload! I hope its useful to some that didn't want to buy the pricey handles like myself!
