Graef Single Dose Adaption
Description
Single dose adaption for the Graef CM-80 or CM-800. Two seperate adaptions are provided which are indenpentend of each other. 1. a single dose hopper to repace the big hopper shipped. This also allows to place a bellow on the top to blow out the grinded coffee (72mm outer diameter). 2. back-feet to raise the back of the grinder to improve the delivery of the grinded coffee. (took the idea from the Niche Zero or the Eureka Mignon Single Dose). It does not solve all issues with the grinder but helps a bit to overcome some of them. To mount the back-feet you need longer screws with the same diameter! At least 18mm and max.~21mm are required. I alos left place for ~7mm thick rubber feet with ~14mm side width. One tip I got from a youtube video to improve grind-cosistency is to push down the hopper firmly while grinding. This required the change of the grinder setting from 3 to 10 as the grinder produces a much finer result when pushed down. But so far it seems to help. It does ofc not solve the bad particle distribution with too much fines beeing produced. But at least the grinds are more consistent. Enjoy!
