Nissan Navara UltraRail Bracket

So, I wanted to be able to mount different boxes etc on the Ultra Rails in my Nissan Navara. There was 2 problems: 1: I wanted to be able to make something more rigid that made use of the locator lugs to stop things sliding 2: I wanted to make something equally as rigid, but had the ability to free slide. I appreciate that there's similar things on TV, such as b2vn's design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1741432) but this just didn't tick all the boxes for me. Kudos to b2vn for his design which gave me a starting point. What I ended up with is this design, which houses a M7 35mm bolt. A 35mm bolt gives you 22mm of available thread above the slider to fasten different things onto. I also produced 2 different versions, one with locator lugs and one without so it can free slide when you loosen the nut. There's actually no need to insert a washer into the lug, because once you hollow out the plastic to allow for the bolt head to insert there's still over 15mm of plastic to provide plenty of support. I printed mine with 25% infill, took me 26 minutes to print and they're solid. Hopefully this helps :-)
