Garmin Out Front Moon Adapter
Description
A remix of a moon nebula mount to fit under a Garmin out front mount and mount the light snug and to the front as opposed to below the mount. Seemed to work ok first time, I had not planned how to screw this in / assemble it I needed to superglue the bolts inside the Garmin mount otherwise I had a chicken and egg problem assembling it you will see what I mean. Used 2 x 12 mm M3 machine screws and nuts + some thread locker. I am not using an official Garmin mount but a 3rd party one in the photo. It is similar though to many such mounts that have 4 holes in them. This mount has 3.2mm holes at 20mm centre to centre plus 2 recesses to swallow the existing nuts that hold the Garmin socket in place.
