Vannystyle Nebula Pro Forward Mount Adapter & Protection

Vannystyle Nebula Pro Forward Mount Adapter & Protection

Description

More pictures at the beginning of video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bp6ujAQ7yVc Print with supports. If needed, remove supports inside the sleeve with the help of a screwdriver. I made these parts to push the Nebula pro camera forward and protect it. This is because with the Vannystyle's stock camera mount the standoffs and top plate were a bit too much visible. Also I wanted to keep the carbon V-shaped camera plates for maximum structural integrity. The standoffs are now out the FOV. At my ~30° camera angle I can barely see the tips of the top plate, with lower angle you will see nothing. - The 2 sleeves have a hole which allow to mount the camera at the maximum forward without its body touching the standoffs, they provide a 19mm width fit and enough contact to prevent the camera from moving and tilting sideways. - The front protection goes further forward than the camera lens. It will protect it in most cases. TPU is flexible so I can't guarantee 100% protection. Instructions: - Insert the 2 sleeves on the vertical end of each V-shaped camera plate. - Mount the camera between them - Insert the 2 front standoffs inside the front protection - Mount the front protection on the bottom plate The front protection was made from the front bumper made by Dan Z here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5506632 I added the standoffs protections and added padding around screw heads at the bottom.
