TT Clip on Aero bars clamp
Description
This is a clamp to help attach 25.4mm clip-on TT/Triathlon bars to a standard 31.8mm handlebar.The holes are 6.2mm, the 25.4mm aperture is 26mm to allow the bars to go through, and the 31.8 aperture is 31.8 as I expect 3D printing will reduce the size maybe? M6 bolts should work but untested/unprinted as yet. Feedback on hole and aperture sizes would be great and any other feedback ideas also. My ultimate goal is to get this CNC machined as I don't expect any £D printer material would be strong enough (except for perhaps nylon/ABS?) Things still to do: Model a M6 thread in the holes. Model a range of height blocks (e.g. 10mm, 20mm........80mm etc) to go between the clamp assembly and the bracket assembly to allow height adjustment of the bars.
