Ender 2 Pro - 210mm Printable Height - New Firmware Version
Description
This handle is used with the 2 spacers In and Under the Z-Axis Coupler. By raising the Z Lead Screw and Coupler you can, after changing the firmware, print to a height of 210mm. An increase of 30mm. (3cm) or (3/4") That increases the print height from almost 7 inches to almost 8 inches. The spacer with the hole goes under the Z Lead Screw Coupler. Fold a 1/4 sheet of paper 4 times and insert it between the spacer and the coupler. This keeps it from rubbing while you tighten the the screw for the motor shaft. The solid spacer goes in the 8mm end of the Coupler, and raises the lead screw up. Place it in the hole and then lower the lead screw into the hole and secure it with the coupler screw. By adding the 2 spacers, I was able to raise the printable height to 210mm. The handle has rounded edges so the cables and bowden tubing will slide around it. I have printed several 210mm vases, and they came out great. The NEW handle requires 2 M5x30mm button head screws to mount. I printed mine with a 0.6 nozzle at 100% infill. The spacers were printed with a 0.4 nozzle and also printed at 100% infill You can get the updated firmware at the following link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1V6NXfTzKqB1hpwrNuiZyZh1WUPsL4cgN/view?usp=share_link This NEW Firmware has the following features and changes to it: 1.
