Stick to Rapier conversion kit (HEMA / WMA)
Description
Suitable for light HEMA / drilling with a stick that will let you grip it like a rapier (e.g. forefinger over quillion). Comes in sizes for 1" / 22mm / 20mm thick dowels/broomsticks. - Use with a 48" / Metre long stick for something of roughly the right length for a rapier. - Secure with tape or M3 Woodscrews (tape is fine though). - Glue the guard to the handle for extra stability, but they should fit pretty tight. Printed in PLA, the parts are thick so it should be good enough for drilling, but PETG or Nylon would last longer and bend a bit better under stress. *Do not use hardware store wooden sticks/dowels for sparring (or heavy drilling), in most cases they will shatter dangerously - this hand guard will do nothing for you.
