Ender3 V2 Silent Pack, covers for 80mm fans
Description
Remix of the Mobo and PSU covers from Jaymerx' "Silent Pack" to fit 80mm fans. I found these 80mm silent fans on Amzn: "AABCOOLING SLIM Silent Fan 8-80mm" at a fraction of the price of other famous fan makes. Yes they are quiet! Corrected the mounting points for the buck converter on the mobo cover, added chamfers at strategic places on the PSU cover - if you set the angle to 60° you should really economise on support structures. Reminder these replacement fans are 12V! - PSU fan supply is 12V, so a direct swap is possible - Mobo fan supply is 24V and on many models tied to the part cooling fan so it doesn't run all the time. You will need a buck down-converter (set to 12V) which you can connect to the FAN screw terminals on the mobo. The fan will run all the time, but makes no noise.
