Marshall JCM 2000 DIN footswitch mod
Description
This is a design to re-enforce the pcb with the DIN 8-pin connector on it. When you plug in the footswitch you create a lot of force on the connector and the PCB. I designed this for my JCM 2000 TSL 122 amplifier. I am pretty shure it will fit the other JCM 2000's as well. *WARNING* This involves drilling into your PCB and your amp housing. This is completely at your own risk. I will not take credit for any mishaps whatsoever. Be aware that this is a tube amp that carry's high voltage inside. Make shure that you know what you are doing. As you can see in the picture, the previous owner/tech glued it on the housing which I had to cut for a repair to the bottom tube board. Have fun!
