Broan BP27 Exhaust Fan
Description
I just replaced the motor in the bathroom exhaust fan. It came with a plastic replacement fan as well. A bit cheap, but in case it broke, I would have another one easily printable. I put a few fillets/rounds along the perpendicular intersections to beef it up slightly. The motor shaft is 0.180" in diameter. The inside fan diameter is 0.171" for an interference fit. But if you need it to be wider, just drill it out with an 11/64" bit or a 4.4mm (even 4.5 might be ok but be careful) bit. Fan at Lowes: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Broan-Metal-Bath-Fan-Motor/1092217
