Rotary TTS-55 Laser
Description
Ich habe mir für meine TTS-55 eine Rotary gebaut. Benutz habe ich dazu "Rotary Axis for Laser Engraver" by Perinski" Das Ganze habe ich versucht ohne viele Kleineteile zu bauen ( keine Dübel, keine Hülsen, keine Gewinde zum einschmelzen ) Desweiteren habe ich einen originalen TTS-55 Stepper benutzt. Den Zusammenbau erkennt man hoffentlich anhand der Bilder. Damit die kleinen Stangen mit den o-Ringen nicht verrutschen habe ich am Rand jeweils 3 Ringe außen und 3 Ringe innen verklebt. In dem 8mm Alu-Rohr steckt eine M4 Gewindestange um beide Seiten fest zu verschrauben. Einstellungen für Lightburn habe ich bereits mehr oder weniger erfolgreich getestet. Gerne dürft ihr auch von euren Erfahrungen berichten.
