My first set for Piko G size (1:25) garden trains (called also "LGB") Model is still on work. You can assembly it, but there are some small details. You will need paint and small sanding set. Traffic lights are designed to Czechia (SZDC) standard lights. This first model is for 3 colors and can be used with 10mm LEDs. Assembly : Below the cover is place for cables. I use very thin, Kynar wires. You have 2 options for back cover "zada", first one is more realistic, second one dont need metal bended tube (i designed for o.d. 3mm brass tube). There is one screw to mount semaphore and rear "zada" together. The main rod is brass or aluminium, can be o.d. 8mm, wall thickness 1mm. Parts are assembled on rod, with small piece of glue. I recommend use a 8.05mm drill to clear holes before assembling on rod. This rod is comming thru basement and you can mount it to soil. If you dont need mount into soil and you need self-standing, place something heavy to base element (i.e. lead grid and wax). Currently I testing LEDs about 800mCd light intensity, opaque white color.
