Sledgefire parts set for using with a Worker barrel
Description
This is a full set of parts to integrate a 16mm O/D Worker barrel into a Nerf Sledgefire. I had a 386mm Worker barrel left over from another project and decided to cut in two at around 60/40 for a pair of Sledgefires I've had sitting around. The shell insert is a remix of RhinoAus's "16mm_Sledgefire_Shell" with the I/D resized slightly larger to slide fit the barrel for using J.B. Wield (remember to scuff up the outside of the barrel for a solid bond). You will want to file down the points slightly in the Sledgefire barrel for the worker barrel to fit thru, also I used a few wraps of electrical tape at the back end of the shell to friction fit it so it won't eject when priming the blaster. RhinoAus's link "https://www.thingiverse.com/rhinoaus/designs" Thank you to the guys that did the hard work for me to tinker with! The spacer was made in Blender and slides over the Worker barrel inside the Sledgefire barrel. It should be pushed all the way to the back. Two versions of the muzzle insert also made in Blender, a short and a long depending on preference. 2 to 3 wraps of electrical tape work for a good friction fit with the inside of the Sledgefire barrel. There's a sight, yep, made it in Blender. The dart storage is remixed from STLCajun's "Nerf Sledgefire Slug", set up to sit flush in the stock while leaving the dart head raised up to easily be pulled for reloads.
