credit card box with lock V2
Description
hello, i wanted to build a box that closes securely but is also easy to open with one hand. therefore a sliding lock. the box can hold about 12 credit cards and small change or a lot of business cards. the inside dimensions are for the standard size of cards: 85.6 x 54mm / 3.37" x 2.125". the outer dimensions of the box are: 90.5 x 65 x 16.5 mm / 3.56" x 2.56" x 0.65". the lid and the bottom part are connected with a steel wire. the wire should be 85mm long and 0.8mm in diameter. use e.g. a straight bent paper clip or welding wire. a countersunk screw M3 x 5mm is needed for the lock.
