Spool divider
Description
When I needed storage for different sizes of heat-shrinkable sleeve, and considered using empty filament spools for this purpose; I found that I had to partition the spools so that a single spool could hold different sizes of heat shrink, that way reducing total storage space. Also suited for different kinds of wire, cord, tapes. The dividers mounted to the spool cores were quickly designed and made available here. As spool sizes and dimensions differ, customisation should be necessary, depending on the particular spool used. Therefore have this dividers be written such that full parametrisation is done through a few variable at top of the .scad file. I might convert this to a customizer compatible thing, but for now you'll have to bear with the fact that, should your spools differ from those preconfigured in the file, your best option is to run the .scad file through OpenSCAD yourself. Piece of cake: load, edit, press F6, then F7 - the thereby written .stl file is ready to slice. Though the .scad file can be loaded into the customizer on thingiverse, a few essential configuration variables don't currently show, as I'm doing simple arithmetic with those in the souce, therefore is the customizer on this site currently not useful für generating .stl files with different parametrisation than the uploaded defaults. Easy printing, no rafts, no supports, any material.
