This is a morter or rocket ,(1 in in diameter or 25.4 millimeter), for an air cannon made with pvc to raise and antenna wire into the trees. It has an compartment for a weight to be glued in under the tip. and a hole in the bottom to accommodate a eyelet to attach fishing line.
