
"TolRolls" - 0.05 to 0.3mm clearance tests - 1 gram each :-)
Description
This is a 1 gram tolerance test "benchy" collection from 0.05mm (insane) to 0.3mm (too easy) to check if your printer can print in place mechanical parts without fusing them. Full features list: - Very tiny thus fast to print - No infill needed - 1 gram per test :-) - Elephant foot tolerant - Eyeglare to the tested clearance possible from a cut in the top - Screwdriver hole in bottom to unlock - Tested value printed on the side Warnings: - Good adhesion to the bed required General advices for a good printed parts tolerances on the printer: - avoid seams that add volume to the parts, that usually where the parts bind together. look for settings in your slicer to reduce extrusion at end of lines. - The faster te print, the worse the imprecision. If precision matter, print slowly. - Avoid elephant foots induced by compressed first layers (but the TolRoll is already taking itnto account)
