Description
This Is Work In Progress. Assumed It'Ll Be Wash&Go With Avail Mold Generators , But It Appears It Is Bit More Tricky :) I'Ve Added Manually Created Negative Mold. To Use Just Fill It With Silicone (Or Silicone/Latex Mix If You Hope To Glue It To Speaker Afterwards ;) , Insert Few Spacers On The Edge Like Pieces Of 1Mm Wire, Then Press The 'Seal' Model Against It. Excess Silicone Should Go Out (In Theory) And For This Type Of Mold This Should Be Enough To Use It. Trim After Curing And Repair Your Speaker. Edit : Phots - It Works ! I'Ve Intentionally Made It Bit Messy And Also Did Not Use Any Reinforcement Material (Like Cloth ), To See How Long It'Ll Last. So Far It'S Good Enough. It Repairs Old Spekakers Which Would Be Too Expensive To Repair Otherwise ( Or Cannot Be Removed From System :)
