DJI O3 Aero body for Racer-X Twig Mutant
Description
This is my Twig Mutant body shell that accepts the DJI O3 Air Unit and Camera. This body shell will ONLY work in conjunction with a RacerX Twig Mutant 4" carbon frame (this has no structural strength of it's own). It's camera angle is fixed at 35deg of up tilt, the camera must be installed before the Air Unit and the cable from the AIO flight controller must be long enough to reach up out of the top of the canopy for the Air Unit cartridge to be plugged in before being slid into place. There are 3 main parts to the body: Canopy - Supports required, see included image Middle - Supports required, see included image Lower - No support, print directly The support areas shown are in green, the pink areas do not need support. The different screw plate are used in conjunction with O-rings of various sizes (but 1.5mm cross section), I use them with silicone rings. There are 4 types, 3 of which use O-rings, 3.6mm (no groove), 3.4mm (1 groove) and 3.2mm (2 grooves), and the 4th type is a lockdown that is used without an O-ring (but can be printed of TPU for damping use).
