Colorfabb 2.2kg Spool Holder

This spool holder is designed for [Colorfabb 2.2 kg spools](https://colorfabb.com/lw-pla-ht-white). By using bearings, it requires less effort for the extruder motor to bring the filament into the nozzle as a normal static spool holder, since the weight of the spool is significant. In fact, that big spool does not fit in the default Creality spool holder.
