Jeep Gladiator bed inverter hole cover with 1.125" hole
Description
This part mounts up to the factory jeep gladiator bed inverter mounting holes, and has a one-and-one eights hole to fit most off-the-shelf 12v sockets. This part is designed to be easy to print "right-side up" More information on our website: https://www.truckbedpower.com/cover-plate-hole If you intend to build this into a custom solution, with your own holes and additions, print this at 100% infill so you have something to drill into. Otherwise for just a single center hole, try 3 perimeters, 2 layers top and bottom and 50% infill. We recommend printing this in something temperature stable, like PETG or ABS. It’s possible that a material like HT-PLA (or even normal PLA) will work after being annealed in an oven, but beware that those materials do shrink some, and you may need to scale the model to compensate. Unannealed PLA will start to soften and warp well below the temperatures that you could expect to see inside a hot car, for instance.
