Ka-bar Dozier Scales
Description
Ka-bar Dozier Knife Scales. Was not happy with the factory scales as it prevented a true deep-carry, so I have made these allowing knife to be better concealed in the pocket. I have retained the ambidextrous design allowing the pocket clip to be moved to whatever side you prefer. There are two different designs: one has a wavy texture and the other is a fairly aggressive checkering. After printing, use CA glue to secure the backspacer to one of the grips. During assembly, place one of the 0.5mm washers on either side of the blade on the pivot pin along with a dot of oil to ensure smooth operation. The scales match up perfectly with the flat side of the pivot and pocket clip pins so ensure proper orientation before installation. I have printed these in Glow PLA at 70% infill and there is no flex whatsoever. Enjoy!
