Update 01/01/23: I've uploaded a couple motor shrouds with alternate venting holes. The primary reason for these is in case anyone is using bridging-impaired materials like nylon, though you may prefer one or the other aesthetically. After building and using about a dozen of these, I finally managed to get a motor warm enough to deform the D-shaft hole in a PLA+ drive wheel and round it out. For that reason, I would recommend using ABS or ASA for at least this part (or your choice of higher temp/reinforced stuff). I knew this was a weak point for PLA prints but was trying to avoid more purchased parts. Happy new year! ---------------------- Belt knife sharpener/mini belt sander.
