Description
- Insert-able length is 167mm (6.5"), Shaft thickness (width) 47mm (1.9"), Shaft thickness (depth) 28mm (1.1"), it also has a suction cup - mold volume 200 mL ( 7.0 fluid oz) - Each has a mold and the actual pecker itself depending on how you are going to mold them. - mold has location for 2, 10mm dowels. - can be scaled, cut and glued together to any size you want - Use Platinum Cure Silicone, Shore Hardness 10 = firm, 5 = Medium (ish), 3 = soft. - Smooth-On is a good source: "Dragon Skin 10" for firm, "Ecoflex-00-50" for medium and "Ecoflex 00-30" for soft ___________________________________________________________________ - for a quick and dirty toy (will have flashing that needs to be cleaned up) you can use the 3d printed molds - You could also sand and clear coat the mold halves, using Vaseline to seal the halves (note: silicone touching Vaseline will not set so make sure it doesn't squeeze into the mold cavity during assembly. So don't use too much in other words) - Print with thick walls ex: 4 layers or more with 8% infill ________________________________________________________________ - I recommend printing vertical if possible to get the resolution. - also need some 5mm dowels to align the top but not 100% needed. - pour the silicone to just bellow the surface then right at the end of the pot life smush the top on using pins (ex skewers) in the alignment hole and a weight to keep it from moving - a good resource for silicone toy making: https://vimeo.com/candiru - Have Fun!!
