Kingroon KP3S - Improved Cooler Bracket

Remix of the part cooling bracket from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5231646 This includes a cable clamp to hold the extruder, fan and hot end wiring and has generously radiused corners to make the part stronger and stiffer. Unlike the cooler nozzle this bracket is well away from the hot end so PLA works fine. The cable clamps are printed as two parts to avoid ugly support artefacts on the visible areas of the bracket, but I suggest to glue one half into the shaped recess on the bracket as it makes things much easier to dismantle and re-assemble.
