Description

This is a 5.8ghz, 12.5ish db helical antenna. 1, 3mm screw is required to assemble. A plastic screw would be ideal. If using a plastic screw the hole will probably have to be drilled to fit. If using the printable ground plane: Silver tape is used on the bottom- the side that was stuck to the build plate, the smoothest side- of the ground plane print, to solder too. If using silver aluminum tape the an aluminum flux will have to be used. Copper tape is a great alternative. A can lid works also, as the ground plate. 50.8mm diameter Wire: The most important thing about this part is when wrapping the wire has to sit, touch the inside bottom of the threading. if it can do that then it will work. and be close to the 5.8ghz 1.3mm or small
