Creality CR10 control box 20mm riser/spacer and taller feet
Description
Riser/spacer to add room for the bottom of the CR10 control box (used on other Creality models with control box 124 mm wide and 300 mm long). I created this to add extra room for me to add an internal SSR to replace by MOSFET when changing to an external AC bed heater, since I wanted extra room for wiring and for airflow. This spacer is 20mm tall, so you'll need four 25 mm M3 screws to attach the bottom of the box through the spacer. Since this spacer is a full 300 mm long, if your printer bed isn't at least 300 mm long you may need to print the smaller half-size pieces and connect them with M3 screws and nuts. There are holes provided for this purpose. There are an additional four mounting tabs to help keep the spacer firmly attached to the bottom, which may be helpful if you have to print this using the half-length pieces. I printed mine out of TPU, so this helped keep the sides of the spacer in place. Under most conditions the control box should not get too warm for PLA, but to be on the safe side use PETG or TPU. I also designed taller feet for the control box to lift it a little higher for better airflow under the box.
