SecretLab Titan Evo 2022 - Armrest fix shim
Description
To disassemble and fix your armrest, follow these steps : 1 - Remove the magnetic cover 2 - Remove the 2 screws under the top of the armrest 3 - Lift the top cover 4 - Remove the screw holding the black actuator and the black part itself (be careful of the spring) 5 - Remove the middle screw that was blocked by the black actuator (careful again to the spring under the rounded part) 6 - Lift the top of the armrest free from the rest 7 - Undo both screws 8 - Lift the slider part (careful there are two 5mm ball bearing used to index the position) 9 - Insert the slider shims on each side 10 - Put back the slider part (place the ball bearing properly) 11 - Put the screws back and set the correct position before tightening (this part should stop moving. If there is still some play, add more shim) 12 - Put the top back on 13 - Insert the Axis Shim between the frame and the middle rounded part (again careful of the spring) 14 - Put the screws back and set the correct position before tightening (this part should stop moving. If there is still some play, add more shim) 15 - Put back the black actuator with it's spring and screw it back 16 - Put back the top and both screw to hold it 17 - Insert the shim on the side of the armrest to remove the slack on the Z axis
