Longer Ray5 10W fine height adjuster
Description
This is a fine height adjuster for the Longer Ray5 10W laser engraver / cutter. It consists of three 3d printed parts, connected with a standard M6 x 60mm bolt. The "lower_bracket" should fit most laser modules that have machine screws on 32mm centers. The "upper_bracket" is made to fit the Ray5 10W backplate, but may be modified to fit other lasers. The "M6_threaded_knob" prints with threads printed internally. The "M6_insert_knob" is made to be used with an M6 metal insert bonded internally. When using an M6 bolt, this adjuster will raise / lower the laser module 1mm for each full revolution, or 1/6th of a mm (0.167mm) for each flat on the knob. Happy focusing! I hope this helps.
