Its Konfiguration to Convert a Shimano 9 Speed shifter to use With a Shimano 10 Speed MTB Rear Derailleur Through different Ratio they are not compatibel but with that converter it is kompatibel. You Musst begin with the Smaller Ring. I Create it to use A 9 Speed Shimano Shifter (and later a Sensah Ignite ) and the Shimano RD-M6000 10 Speed Rear Derailleur. Perhaps it could be work on the other Way too.
