Ender 3 v2 PSU cover + cables cover (80mm fan)
Description
I basically re-modeled the original PSU cover and cables terminal cover because they didn't fit my printer perfectly and I wanted to be able to fine tune them. PSU_cover: - The cover fits an 80x25 fan. I used a Noctua NF-A8, which is perfect for the job. - There is a version with a buck converter (e.g.: shorturl.at/djmCZ) mount (PSU_cover_buck), if for some reason you need an extra one tucked in there. However, you can run the fan from the 12V inner circle of the PSU without any problem. This way it has built-in temperature control by default. - You should use Height range modifiers in your slicer and set top / bottom solid layers to 0 for the first 2 mm. Set a desired infill pattern and density. For example, I used Triangles infill with 50% density. - Use screws from the original PSU cover to mount it. PSU_cables_cover: - Print with top / bottom solid layers set to 0. Set a desired infill pattern and density. For example, I used Triangles infill with 50% density. - There are holes for zip ties, so you can manage your cables better. - Use screws from the original sheet metal cover plate to mount it. Feel free to remix this design, the STEP files are available in the downloads. I hope you like it! Fits well with the following mods: Motherboard cover: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4653994 Riser feet: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4721832
