Fuse cover for the Atari 'Brick' Power supply used in late 1970s - early 1980s Atari arcade machines. Should just click into place but might need a little filing/sanding around the clips. Also a cover for the hole present in many bricks for an unused connector, in plain or with a voltage if you want a reminder how your brick is configured.
