Pizza Spatula I have to admit, I really like to make my own neapolitian pizza at home for me and my friends. After 2 years I now want to push the process a little bit with some more usefull gadges like this spatula for example. The spatula has a width of 100mm which is a quite common dimension as far as I know. With this kitchen tool you should be able to get the dough pieces, after their fermantation phase easily out of the box. In my experience it is hard to do it with your hands or not with the right tools. I wanted a spatula to not damage the form of the pieces so that i can roll them down to an almost perfect cirlce. Let me know in the comments your thoughts about the dimensions of this pizza spatula.
