1 Gang Outlet Box Extender
Description
I mistakenly set my outlet boxes to 1/4" instead of 1/2" while installing them during an addition project on my house. Using this adapter, I was able to make my outlets fit flush to the 1/2" drywall. I am using 22.5ci boxes that are 2 1/4" wide and 3 3/4" tall (standard boxes). This adapter can be used with regular duplex outlets, gfci oulets, and light switches.
