Vape Bubbler

Vape Bubbler

Description

This is a universal Vape Cart Bubbler for standard 510 1g vape carts that costs about $3 to make. What you'll need: 1. Arizona Tea plastic bottle is nice because the logo on the cap give perfect drill locations on the diamond points. $1 2. Standard electrical grommet that fits a 5/16" drilled hole. 3/16" inner diameter for tubing. Need 5 total. 3. Standard electrical grommet that fits a 1/2" drilled hole. Inner diameter .419". 4. Common fish tank air hose. Preferably the softer flexible kind. 3/16" outer diameter. 5. Drill bit that is 5/16" diameter. Preferably a Forstner bit for clean cut holes in the cap. Depending on how well calibrated your printer is for printing dimensional accurate parts you may have to lightly sand or drill the holes in the printed parts. Cut the ends of the tubing at a 45 degree angle to easily slip through the grommets with a little water as lube. The mouth piece gets a tube that does not reach the water but just enters the bottle at the top. The vape piece gets a tube that goes all the way to the bottom of the bottle. Make sure to cut the hose at a 45 degree angle to prevent it from sucking on the bottom of the bottle. The tall Arizona bottle works great but this is a universal kit so any bottle can be used. I will most likely design a simple tip holder that goes on the bottle to hold the hose end pieces for convenient storage. Please leave comments if you find this useful or have ideas to make it better and I may update it. I've kindly included FreeCAD source files for derivatives and modification. Delta 8 makes me cough a lung up on any voltage higher than about 2. With this bubbler I was smoking it at 3 volts with no coughing and 3.5 volts with minimal irritation. It hits way harder than regular smoking because you can use higher voltage with less coughing.
