Solid Bottom Smooth Model

Solid Bottom Smooth Model

Description

Simple remix that removes the holes below the hex bit storage area. Did some tricks to have the output STL model as smooth as the original, even though it was still edited from an STL file. This was the only change I made to the model. For printing, I suggest dropping the model down a slight bit (~0.5mm for 0.2mm layer height and 0.4mm line width), this eliminates the overhang along the edge at the very bottom of the model. The original creator used fillet instead of a 45 degree chamfer, which caused this issue. You should do the same with the "top" piece. Also remember to use the hex bit test model to test the tolerance of your printer. Use hole horizontal expansion (in Cura) to compensate. My value ended up being around 0.1mm (in terms of hole RADIUS increase). Also since there's quite a bit of variance, you should probably go with a larger value rather than a smaller one.
