CadetPedals: Rudder Pedals and Toe Brakes for Flight Sims - Updated

Description

It's an upgrade for an awesome design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4655002 My problems with the original was: - The holes for brass inserts ware 5.2mm. Changed to 4mm for M3 brass inserts. - All Screw holes for M4 were exactly 4mm even in places where the screw should be loose. Changed to 4.1mm and 4.2mm. - Bearings had almost no function in original project - when you place 608 bearings on a flat surface, both the outside and the inside of a bearing touches the same surface and the bearing stops functioning almost completely. Redesigned for smooth and no friction. - The printed parts were rubbing each other. Now bearings allow for 1mm space separating the parts. - The nuts you used are all without a nylock which would help a bit. - There were no space for a washer for the bearing screws. - All the problems above made the screws to tighten and loosen every time you move the pedals forward and back. Fixed :) Additional hardware needed: - One M4 metal washer, max washer external diameter is 9.1mm - 6x 684 bearings. Bearing size is 4mm x 9mm x 4mm or 4x9x2.5mm Example: https://koyo.jtekt.co.jp/en/products/detail/?pno=684 684 bearings were very cheap in my country, but you can use m4 metal washers instead of them. How to apply my changes: - All the parts use the same screw sizes and locations. Just print my parts instead of the original, I kept the names the same. Print two spacers for the tension arm bearing: tension_arm_bearing_spacer_print_two.stl mount them just like in the picture. More changes incoming (probably).
