Rimix from this free muscle body file: https://skfb.ly/6TPYB Use fushion360 to built dugtrio's head. And then use blender's armature(bone) to make those pose, a little sculpting, then render it. file: 00muscle3.stl------------------3 in 1 file 00muscle3stand.stl-----------3 in 1 file with a simple base 01muscle3stand.3mf---------3 model can be separate and also the base (but my sculpting tech is bad so better not separate them, you will find some ugly bump.)
