C172 Sim Vernier Throttle Anti-backlash Coupler Remix
Description
This is a remix of the coupler used in [VincePrint's Flight Sim Vernier Throttle Controls](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4606456). The purpose of the remix was to simplify printing and reduce the backlash that came with the print-in-place coupler in the original model. This coupler should serve as a drop-in replacement for the original coupler. See Vince's model for the rest of the project files as well as documentation and instructions. An added benefit of this version is that it's easier to decouple the vernier controls from the potentiometers, in case you are mounting the controls in a custom panel that may need to be removed for maintenance. The OpenSCAD source is available on [GitHub](https://github.com/chungl/flight-sim/tree/main/c172/components/engine_vernier_controls). The design is parametric so that you can tune it as needed.
