Can Lid TPU 12oz - 16oz
Description
This is a can lid for 12oz or 16oz cans. This version is to be printed in TPU. I printed this on an Ultimaker 3. This is very flexible and it makes it nice to snap it on and off. This is an interference fit with the can, so it is slightly smaller than the can lid. I did this to account for the flexibility and stretch of the TPU specifically at an infill between 50% to 65%. It has an internal lip that secures it to the can. While I have yet to leave a can with this lid on its side for longer than 30 seconds, it so far has been completely leakproof. I would love to see how this comes out for other people. There is a PLA version of this; if you print this in PLA then it will not fit and will be a waste of filament.
