Borg Wagner T20 adjustment tool
Description
Tool required to properly adjust the Bands on a T20 skid-steer transmission. 1) Install distance tools between underside of head of bolt and on top of small metal keeper 2) Install both tools at same time, one on upper plunger and one on the lower plunger bolts 3) Using an inch pound torque wrinch attached to your thin wall 9/16" socket start tighting the upper and lower bolts first to: 5 inch pounds then to 10 inch pounds then to 15 inch pounds then finally to 20 inch pounds Note: Tighten the top then the bottom then the top then bottom and so on until you reach 20 inch pounds (NOT FOOT POUNDS) 4)When bolts are tightened to 20 inch pounds, slide out the tools.
