Frsky Archer Plus SR10+ Receiver Case
Description
I designed this FrSky receiver case to go into one of my gas planes. I hadn't seen one for this fairly new receiver so I set out to create one on TinkerCad. It came out really nice and I'm pleased with it. The receiver fits in there with a press fit but I didn't want to take a chance incase of extra vibration and made a strap for it as well. You can use #2 x 3/8" SHCS with a #2 washer to bolt it in. The strap would have covered up the LED if it was just a bar from post to post. I ended up creating a void in the middle of the strap to allow you to see the status of the receiver via the LED. I think the wall thickness could have been slightly less at 2.5mm or even 2mm. I ended up designing it with 3mm. You'll find that the ports for the servo connectors are slightly more open one way rather that the other. Just remove the receiver and flip it around to see if it is a better fit. I might play with it some more down the road but for now I think this will work nicely.
