Heavy duty 2.5mm plexiglass bracket (no glue or bolts)
Description
I decided to build an enclosure out of plexiglass. All the 2.5mm brackets were incredibly small, wimpy and not very confidence inspiring. So I rolled my own. The height is to be adjusted depending on how long you need the bracket. I made the slots in the brackets 2.35mm wide which results in a very nice friction fit. This removes the need for glue or bolts to holt the structure together which results in easy disassembly. Not that you can't further secure them if you see fit. There are two brackets. Dimensionally they are identical. I just added some fillets to the "final" version for aesthetic purposes. The non-filleted version has a little bit more surface area for bed adhesion but I still recommend printing with a brim.
