NanoVNA-F V2 Protective Frame (with parts storage)

NanoVNA-F V2 Protective Frame (with parts storage)

Description

A protective frame for the NanoVNA-F V2 ... since I found nothing appropriate. I wanted to have: * Protection of the device * Improved viewing angle (on the desk) * Storage for all the little connectors and stuff * Being able to carry it easily (or hanging it during use) * Being able to use all buttons / connectors * Having sunlight protection (note: this is not really realized, since there is only a small slit at the Backside Plate - so use paper or cardboard, fold it once and put it into the slit) Note: The backplate contains snaps to "fix" the drawer (in the middle, once halfway or almost out). It works okay-ish ... but it is not perfect. You Need === * TPU * PLA (or equivalent) * 4x 2.5mm Screw, fitting Nuts, fitting Washers * (optional) 15mm lanyard / belt Printing === * Protective Frame Left/Right: print with TPU 0.1mm precision * Backside Plate: print with PLA or equiavelent 0.1mm precision * Backside Drawer: print with PLA or equivalent, 0.1 or 0.2mm precision, *print with supports, either left or right size on the printer build surface* (I know you will need quite some support material - but it is only inside and thus the outside of the drawer fits best in the guides of the plate) Assembly after Printing === 1. Put the nuts inside the Backside Plate 2. Screw Right Protective Frame to Backside Plate 3. Put the VNA-F in 4. Screw Left Protective FRame to Backside Plate 5. Slide the Drawer in optional: Add the lanyard as handle optional: insert some (electronics compatible) foam into the Drawer to minimize rattling Have fun! ===
