BMW N55 Clutch Alignment Tool
Description
This is a clutch alignment tool for BMWs with the N55 engine. This should have the same function as BMW part number 83300494649, but I haven't bought one to compare the dimensions. I printed this for my manual F22 M235i clutch replacement. Print settings: I printed upright with adhesion and tree support. I wouldn't recommend printing sideways to avoid layer lines on the rounded clutch-interfacing features. It should work for 1 series E82, 2 series F22 / F23, 3 series E90 / E91 / E92 / E93, 4 series F32 / F33 / F36, or 5 series F10 / F11 BMWs as long as they have the N55 engine. It may work for other manual transmission BMWs as well. Will NOT work for N54 engined cars as their pilot bearings are on the transmission side. Current dimensions for this part at the time of first upload are 14.9mm for the pilot bearing tip and 32.45mm for the spline interface, but I may tweak them depending on the fit during my clutch install.
