Scrubbing Filament Bristle Brush

Scrubbing Filament Bristle Brush

Description

Plastic bristle brushes that are printed in place. It comes in two sizes: * Small brush, ~ the size of a toothbrush. * Medium brush, ~1.5x the size of the small. Not sure how practical these are; they're more a proof of concept. Sliced with Prusa Slicer: * 0.2 layer height * Arachne perimeter generator Before printing, analyze the sliced layers and make sure each bristle is one extrusion thick. Bristles should be close but disconnected from each other. See the sliced screenshot for more details. * Print on the side so that the supporting bristle column prints vertically. * After printing, cut bristles from the supporting column. * The parts of the bristles right next to the column will probably be fused, so cut ~1mm away from the column. * After cutting bristles from support, consider grooming with scissors if the bristle ends don't form a flat surface. Consider printing with a brim to safely hold the bristle support in place.
