This Is An Incomplete, Highly Experimental Anemometer. This Model Is Designed To Spin In One Direction When Exposed To Wind. This Spinning Motion Is Geared Down By A 1:32 Gear Exchange. This Is Incomplete And Thus Does Not Have A Ticker But Can Be Altered With Little Difficulty Should The Need Arise.
